custom
orders -- We require a non-refundable
deposit of $20 US to begin consulting
on a custom order. Once work has been
started, the balance is due. If full
payment has not been received within
seven (7) business days of completion,
all deposits will be forfeited. In addition
the item will be added to our inventory,
and made available for purchase. We
understand that extenuating circumstances
arise, and we are willing to make special
arrangements on a case-by-case basis.
Any/all further arrangements are at
the sole descretion of Unlisted Fishes.
guarantee
-- Materials & workmanship are guaranteed
for 45 days from shipment as long as
the recommended care instructions have
been followed.
returns
-- Returns or exchanges on
any instock item must be made within
14 days of shipment, and with prior
approval. The item must be returned
unused (other than being tried on) and
unwashed. Sorry, we don't accept returns
on customized items & "seconds".
Return shipping charges are the responsibility
of the customer. For return approval,
please contact us by e-mail.
Refunds/exchanges are determined on
an individual basis.

Mail with Delivery Confimation. Please
note that we do not ship outside the
United States and Canada.
